After you collect your luggage in the baggage claim area and pass through Customs, your driver will be waiting for you just as you enter into the arrival hall at the designated meeting point, holding a name sign with your name clearly displayed.

How can I connect to the Airport Wifi?
In Hong Kong Airport, Taipei Taoyuan Airport, and Macau Airport, you can register and log in to the Airport WiFi directly without any need to be able to receive SMS on your mobile.
In Guangzhou Airport, you’ll need to have an active (international or Chinese) mobile phone no. able to receive SMS in order to log in to the Airport WiFi.
For all other China airports, including Shanghai and Beijing Airports, you’ll need an active Chinese mobile phone no. able to receive SMS in order to log in to the Airport WiFi.

Beijing Capital International Airport Overview
Beijing Airport has 3 terminals; Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Terminal 3 (T3) is the primary terminal for international flights and domestic flights. Terminal 2 (T2) also serves international flights and domestic flights. Terminal 1 (T1) is used mainly for domestic flights.

TERMINAL 3 – INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Where will my driver greet me?
For international arrivals into T3, there is only 1 arrival hall which all passengers enter into, Arrival Hall B. After you collect your luggage and pass through Customs, you will enter into Arrival Hall B, where your driver will be waiting for you. The driver meeting point is indicated in the image below.
TERMINAL 3 – DOMESTIC FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Where will my driver greet me?
For domestic arrivals into T3, there are 2 arrival halls which all passengers enter into, Arrival Hall A and Arrival Hall C. Which arrival hall you enter into is dependent on the gate your plane arrives at. After you collect your luggage, your driver will be waiting for you in the appropriate arrival hall. The driver meeting points for both arrival into Hall A and arrival into Hall C are indicated in the image below.
TERMINAL 2 – INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC FLIGHT ARRIVALS
Where will my driver greet me?
For all arrivals into T2, the arrival hall is on the 1st floor. Passengers for both domestic flights and international flights both enter into the
same arrival hall, but at separate entry points. For domestic flights, your driver will meet you in the arrival hall at the entry point for
domestic flights. For international flights, your driver will meet you in the arrival hall at the entry point for international flights. The
driver meeting points for domestic and international flights are indicated in the image below.
TERMINAL 1 – DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
Where will my driver greet me?
Terminal 1 is only for domestic flight arrivals. For T1 arrivals, there is only 1 arrival hall and only 1 entry point into the arrival hall. When exiting from Baggage Claim, follow the path to the left as you enter into the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting for you there. The driver meeting point is indicated in the image below.

Arrival Hall A – Entry Points For Internal Flights (E1) and Domestic Flights (E2, E3)
All international and major domestic flights arrive into Terminal 1 (T1), Arrival Area A (Arrival Hall A). Arrival Hall A has separate entry
points for domestic flights and for international flights.
For domestic flights, your driver will meet you as you enter into the Arrival Hall at the entry point for domestic flights, labelled E2 or E3.
For international flights, your driver will meet you as you enter into the Arrival Hall at the entry point for international flights, labelled E1.
As you exit Customs follow the path to the right as you enter into the Arrival Hall. Your driver will be waiting on your left next to the guard rail, as indicated in the image above.
HONG KONG AIRPORT PICKUP POINTS
Hong Kong Airport has 2 Arrival Halls. Which Arrival Hall do I choose?
Hong Kong Airport Terminal 1 has two arrival halls, Arrival Hall A and Arrival Hall B. When entering the baggage claim area after Immigration, Arrival Hall A as at the far left of the building and Arrival Hall B at the far right.
As soon as you enter into baggage claim area you will see large display monitor showing which luggage belt number to pick up your luggage at, according to your flight number. Directly next to the belt number associated with your flight number, you will also see the Arrival Hall you should exit into, either Arrival Hall A or Arrival Hall B.

Once you collect your luggage, proceed out the appropriate Arrival Hall Exit, A or B, and your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point. The driver meeting points in both Arrival Halls A and B are indicated in the image below.

Shanghai Airports’ Overview – Arrival Airports & Terminals
Shanghai has two airports, Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao International Airport. Both have 2 terminals, T1 and T2, and both serve international and domestic flights. Below are instructions for meeting your driver at both airports’ Terminals 1 and Terminals 2.

There is only 1 arrival hall in T1, for both domestic and international flight arrivals, but with different entry points into the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall at the correct entry point, depending on whether your flight is int’l or domestic. The driver meeting point is indicated in the image here.
Hongqiao Airport (SHA) Pickup Points
TERMINAL 1 (T1) – INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC FLIGHT ARRIVAL: Where will my driver greet me?
For all arrivals into T1, the arrival hall is on the 1st floor. Your driver will meet you in as you enter into the arrival hall after you exit from the baggage claim area. The driver meeting point is indicated in the image here.
TERMINAL 2 (T2) – INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC FLIGHT ARRIVAL: Where will my driver greet me?
The arrival hall in Terminal 2 is on the 1st floor, just outside the baggage claim area. After you collect your luggage, please enter into the arrival hall where your driver will be waiting for you. The driver meeting point is indicated in the image here.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you arrive with carry-on luggage only, you will be naturally directed to the 2nd floor to bypass the baggage claim area. Because your driver will be waiting for you on the 1st floor in the arrival hall, please exit through the baggage claim area to easily meet him.
Alternatively, if you do not exit through the baggage claim area, you can also take an escalator down to the 1st floor arrival hall area.

Taoyuan Airport has 2 terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Both terminals’ arrival halls are located on the 1st floor, and the meeting location is the same in both Terminals.
After you collect your luggage and pass through Customs, you will enter into arrival hall. As you enter into the arrival hall follow the entrance path to the right, where your driver will be waiting for you holding a name sign with your name clearly displayed.
